Kho.fi was revamped in June 2026. The website is subject to the Act on the Provision of Digital Services. Under the Act, public online services must be accessible, which means that everyone must have equal access to them.
However, with respect to this website, it should be noted that the supervisory authority cannot subject the courts to supervision and inspections or issue orders to them regarding their digital services (Article 12(5) of the Act).
This accessibility statement concerns the website kho.fi. This statement describes the website accessibility status and provides information on how you can give us feedback on the accessibility of the service.
Accessibility status
The technical accessibility of this digital service was assessed by an external expert as part of the oikeus.fi website. We have assessed the accessibility of the content of the service ourselves. Our website partially meets accessibility requirements.
Content and functionality that is not accessible
The site contains PDF files published after 23 September 2018 with accessibility shortcomings.
- Files may contain images and diagrams that lack text alternatives. (WCAG 1.1.1)
- Files may have formatting flaws that hinder screen reader access, e.g. blank line breaks and header-level unmarked titles. (WCAG 1.3.1)
- File table structures may have flaws that hinder screen reader access, e.g. table structures used for text layout, missing programmatic column headings, and sharing similar data across multiple tables. (WCAG 1.3.1)
- Files may have footnotes that are not linked to text and are difficult to interpret with a screen reader. (WCAG 1.3.1)
- Colors and contrasts are not fully compliant with accessibility requirements. (WCAG 1.4.1, 1.4.3, 1.4.11)
- Metadata in PDF files may be incomplete.
