General Notifications
General notifications can be used when a notification cannot be delivered by other means.
A notice of the availability of the document is published on the Court’s website and, if necessary, in a newspaper from which it can be assumed the addressee will best receive the information.
The notification must indicate what the matter concerns and indicate where and until when the document is kept available for viewing. The notice must also indicate the date on which the notification has been published on the website and state that the service is considered to have been effected on the seventh day after publication.
