Extraordinary appeal
The annulment of a final decision and the restoration of a lapsed deadline are exceptional procedures, which require that the rather strict criteria laid down in the Administrative Judicial Procedure Act be met.
The Supreme Administrative Court may annul a final administrative decision or the final decision of an administrative court, or restore a lapsed deadline on the grounds specified in the Administrative Judicial Procedure Act.
A court fee is charged for the processing of an extraordinary appeal. Before the Supreme Administrative Court, the court fee is EUR 610.
